RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customer return request will be accepted only if:
* Customer received the wrong item.
* The item has major undisclosed defect that was not mentioned in the product description
* The item is significantly differed from the description provided on website
* Incorrect size information was provided on the product page.
Non-Returnable items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:
* Change of mind after purchase.
* Fit issues when accurate measurements were provided on the product page.
* Minor signs of wear that were clearly mentioned in the product description.
* Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Return Request Period
Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving their order.
To process a return request, customers may be asked to provide:
* Order number
* Photos of the item
* Why you want to return.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
